For Advisors Transitioning to a New Firm: Most of our services come at no cost to you. We are compensated by the firm you ultimately join. Additionally, many advisors see enhanced financial outcomes due to our industry knowledge and negotiation expertise.
For Buy, Sell, M&A, and Minority Investment Transactions: We are compensated by the acquiring firm in a transaction.
For Advisors Building an RIA Firm: Many RIA custodians offer startup budgets that can help offset our fees. We review these options at the beginning of our engagement and throughout the project as needed.
We also offer a la carte services to ensure your transition or business transformation is seamless. If additional support is needed, we will outline a project scope, and you can decide if and when to engage our team.
